Say hello

... to Wallace!

This cute little table has been stashed away under yucky old stain and has been used for about 7 years as my nightstand. One day I took a good hard look at him and thought... wouldn't it be nice to clean this guy up and give him some life back?

I love our St. Louis bottles. :)

After a good sanding down I was amazed at the quality of the wood grain on the top of the table so I decided  to leave it natural with a beeswax shine. Noticing how popular the "dipped legs" look has become on furniture lately, I decided to take a flip side approach to it with Wallace. I painted the legs with the same color I used on Elizabeth and left the tips with a natural wood grain "dipped" look. In the end I was thrilled with how it turned out!

Wallace will be in the Etsy store for pricing information but will only be available for purchase at the Gypsy Caravan in St. Louis on Memorial day. If he is still available afterwards I will update the store. All the pieces I post this month will be on display under the Archaic Mementos/Retro Restyling canopy on the UMSL parking lot.

If you are interested in Wallace please come out to the festival! It will be an amazing experience with lots of vendors and I'll have all my pieces displayed there with my besties beautiful jewelry!!!

Thanks for stopping by today!
